Text Box: TREATMENT OF HENOCH-SCHONLEIN PURPURA NEPHRITIS AND IMMUNOREGULATION WITH ZISHENHEJI Lu Y，Cheng F, Yang Y Beijing Children’s Hospital, Capital University of Medical Sciences, China Objective: To determine the effectiveness and immunoregulation of Chinese remedy ZiShenHeJi in 67 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN). Methods: The patients were divided into two types: DuRe and weakness of PiShen. ZiShenHeJi I and II were applied respectively. Results: Effective rate in the type of DuRe was 88.3%. While weakness of PiShen was 83.3%. the patients tested of HSPN were abnormal at immunoglobulin, T cell subcategory and Immunecomplexs. Immune function was improved after therapy. Conculsion: Chinese remedy ZiShenHeJi was effective in treatment of HSPN and immunoregulation. 1068
