Text Box: CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 198 CASES FOR POISONED CHILDREN Ding Q Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, Wuhan, China Poisoning is something that poison or toxicant has entered human body any ways and caused functional damage to the organs and appeared some signs and symptoms, even it is dangerous for life. In recent years these are more poisoned children in pediatrics. In order to find out the characteristic of children poisoning and reduce the happening of the accident damage for children, the authors statisticsed and clarified the reasons, clinical characteristics, time, therapy and results of 198 poisoned children that happened from January 1994 to November 2000 1t has certain directive significance for preventing the happening of children poisoning in future.
