CONTRAST ANALYSIS OF CLINICAL DEGREE AND CT DEGREE IN
NEWBORN WITH HYPOXIC-ISCHEMIC ENCEPHALOPATHY

Objective: To understand the
relationship between clinical degree and cranium CT degree, to evaluate the
diagnosis value of CT in newborn with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy
(HIE).
Methods: 22 newborn with HIE
were performed CT after they were born 1 to 10 days.
Result: 18 cases had
abnormal CT, 4 cases were normal. Clinical degree and CT degree are almost
same (p>0.05).
Conclusion: Clinical degree and
CT degree are closely related. CT is great important to diagnosis of
newborn HIE.
