THE MAJOR CAUSE OF
NON-COMPLIANCE TREAMENT OF PEDIATRIC ACUTE LYMPHOCYTIC LEUKEMIAL

Objective: To study major cause of
non-compliance treament of pediatric acute lymphocytic leukemial.
Methods: According to compliance or
non-compliance, the patients are divided into two groups. Compare their gender,
age, economical state of their home, educational level of their parents,
region and state of illness each other, then analyse the contribution rate
each factor.
Results: There are remarkable difference of the
economical state, educational level of their parents and region of the two
groups.(P<0.01, P<0.05, P<0.01). The affecting level of each is 40.63%, 8.31%,
32.73%.
Conclusions: The patients, whose economical state
are bad, whose parents are lack of education, who live in countryside and
who have a sever illness,
are easy to present non-compliance.
