Material
and Method:

NIP has received and
treated 120 patients of DMD during 20 years. 108 boys and 4 girls.
l
The disease has
obvious in heritance: 26.2%.
l
Creatinine kinase
(CK) in creased by 121 - 228 times higher than normal.
Result:
In
early diagnosis CK was measured the biggest value was 364.1 times higher
than that in normed children.
Conclusion:
CK
had a rob in definitive and early diagnosis in 120 patients with DMD
treated in our NIP from 1981 - 2001.
