DETECTION AND CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF SPECIFIC IGM OF
EIGHT VIRUSES AND IN CHILDREN WITH VIRAL MYOCARDITIS

Objective: To understand recent
aetiological situation in children with viral myocarditis in Chongqing.
Methods: The specific IgM of eight
viruses were detected by ELISA in 116 blood samples from children with the
viral myocarditis.
Results: The positive rate of IgM
were 43.97% (51/116), 13.79% (16/116), 12.93% (15/116), 6.90% (8/116),
6.03% (7/116), 2.59% (3/116), 2.59% (3/116) and 1.72% (2/116) in
coxsackievirus B (CVB), fluenza virus (FluV), respiratory syncytial virus
(RSV), adenovirus (AdV), measles virus (MeV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), cytomegalovirus
(CMV) and herpesvirus (HSV).
Conclusion: Our data showed that
the main cause of children’s viral myocarditis is CVB in Chongqing.
