文本框: THE PROBE ON THE CHANGE AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE OF PLASMA NITRIC OXIDE IN CHILDREN WITH CONGESTIVE HIART FAILURE Lu X, Cai D, Liang X The First People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing, Guangdong, China Objective: To study the effects of plasma nitric oxide (NO) levels in children with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: The plasma NO was measured in 33 children with CHF and 12 healthy children as control group. Results: The plasma NO increased remarkably compared with the control group (P<0.001). CHF due to deference disease (congenital heart disease. bronchopneumonia.myo-carditis) showed no significant correlation (P>0.05). Conclusion: ① NO plays important role in the pathophysio-logic change of CHF. ② The plasma NO can be used a parameter of CHF. 1931
