Hypoxic injures in newborns take considerable specific weight in perinatal period pathology. The evaluation of effectiveness of treatment of the newborn patients who have suffered perinatal hypoxi is a live issue.
The research was directed at studying cellular adaptation in newborns with perinatal hypoxi as well as evaluation of effectiveness of solcoseril in such patients treatment.
There have been examined 65 newborns with middle severe and severe perinatal hypoxi. The examinations were managed in dynamics: on 3-5th days after birth and after the therapy.
It was defined that the newborns who had had perinatal hypoxi suffered from impairment of the organism cellular adaptation, which manifested by the change of the level and the spectrum of erythrocyte membrane phospholipids and intensification of the lipids peroxide oxidation process.
The indices of lipids peroxide oxidation and erythrocytes membrane phospholipids may be used for evaluation of gravity degree and degree of effectiveness of membrane reparatory therapy. There was ascertained (proved) solcoseril effectiveness as a medication rehabilitating impaired adaptation function of cytomembrane for treatment of patients who had newborn hypoxi.
