Cerebrum brain hypoxic injures are still remain one of the leading pathologies of the newborn period, causing delay of akinetic development of the child and his consequent disablement. There was studied the condition of hemodynamics in immature newborns with hypoxic brain injures in the early period of adaptation. 80 immature newborns have been examined. All the children were born to mothers with unfavorable pregnancy and labor. After birth 82 % of infants had severe condition, and 18 % had acute severe condition. The condition gravity was associated with the condition of the Central Nervous System (CNS).
It was revealed that in patients with perinatal hypoxi there is a decrease of cardiac output readings, decrease of arterial pressure, increase of vascular peripheral resistance . With the aim of medicamentous correction of hemodynamics in immature newborns with cerebral pathology, it is recommended to prescribe cardiotonic and spasmalitical medications.
