Objective: To observe
the states of function of T
cells and to investigate the roles of Cyclosporin A(CsA) in T cells in the
children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP) in the acute phase.
Methods: The cells
count of CD30 expression in Peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC) were
determined by flow cytometry. IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE,Ig subsets
and cytokines were detected by radial immunodiffusion and ELISA.
Results: The
serum IgA and IgE levels, and IgG subsets, IgE, IL-4 and IL-5 levels in the
supernatants of cultured PBMC of HSP patients were increased significantly in
contrast to the normal controls. IL-2 and IFN-γwere decreased. The raised of IL-5 and IL-4
in the supernatants of cultured PBMC of HSP patients were related to the increased of IgA(γ=0.63)and IgE(γ=0.87) in serum.
The leveals of high TH2 cytokines
such as IL-4,IL-5 and IL-6could be affected by CsA in vitro. The TH1 cytokines
further were inhibited.
Conclusions: the
dysfunction of T cell were related
to the pathogenesis of HSP
patients. The inhibition of CsA on
T cells function of HSP patients were showed. To inhibited TH1 function mainly.
