Objective: To explore the
effectiveness of short-term chemotherapy oftuberculosis children.
Methods: 85 cases of
tuberculosis children were treated with short-termtherapy and the effect
was observed.
Result: The total effective
rate was of 95.2%, fatality rate was of 2.4%,and recurrent rate was of
2.4%, Short-term chemotherapy had someadvantage such as a higher effective
rate, lower recurrent rate andless side action.
Conclusion: The result shown that
the short-term chemotherapy was an effectivemethod to treat tuberculosis
children.
