Objective: To explore the joint effect of proton
pump inhibitor Omeprazole and exogenous glutamine (Marzulene-SGranules) on
the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage of newborn.
Methods: All the newborns were divided into therapeutic
group consisting of 27 newborns and routine group consisting of 35
newborns. The therapeutic group was treated by joint method: i.e.Omeprazole
and Marzulene-S Granules, while the routine group was treated with Dicynone
and Thrombin. The mean staunching days of two groups were compared.
Results: There was significant difference in the mean
staunching days between therapeutic and routine groups (t=4.493,P<0.001)
.The difference also existed in the hypoxia and non-hypoxia subgroup of
routine group (t=2.686,P<0.05).
Conclusion: There was severe reversed diffusion of
hydrogen ions into gastric mucosa of the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage
of newborn caused by stessing conditions such as asphyxia、hypoxia、infection etc. Combining
with acid inhibitor Omeprazole and gastric mucosa restoring agent
Marzulene-S Granules, We can attain remarkable and stable effect on the
upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage of newborn.
