Epidemiological research
during last years has been showing wide chronical diseases of alimentary
tract¡¯s organs with the non-infection etiology among children. The disease
of a stomach and duodenum form 60-70% diseases of alimentary tract¡¯s
organs. There is no single decision concerning the frequency and mechanism
of duodengastralic reflux among children with gastroduodenic pathology.
With the idea of clearing up the reason of duodengastralic reflux¡¯s
appearance such kind of research as endoscopic, ultrasonographical,
radioactive isotope and biochemical ones was carried out among diseased
people. The analysis of
research results showed that all the diseased people had dyskinesia of
duodenum.
The duodenal
hypertension uas registrated among 83% of children, 30% had mechanical
genesis. In the last group of children the reason of chronical duodenal
obstruction was arteriomesenteric a compression (among 62%), 16% had a high
fixation of the duodenal passage, 1,8% had difficult rotation in the first
part of the thick gut, 1,8% had the syndrome of membrana Mrio.
So the syndrome of
duodengastralic reflux is a pathologic condition which is stipulated by
duodenal hypertension because of a chronical breach in duodenal
permeability of different genesis.
