The fact is that HLA system plays the leading hand in decision making of such problems as genetic determinancy of pathology. The determination of association of diseases (pneumonia, sepsis) with the HLA system antigens is becoming actual.

The object of this investigation is to research HLA antigens association according to the locuses for pneumonia of premature.

There were observed 16 premature with the pneumonia (9 girls and 7 boys, two thirds of them kazakh people) that had serious background. The five women had born children with Caesarian section. Seven women had long toxicosis, two of them felt eclampsy with the chronic DVS syndrome. Half of the women had anemia and other pregnancy and childbirth pathology. I-II degree of premature had 8 children and II -III degree of premature had 8 children respectively. 6 children felt sick with the pneumonia as the result of trauma during giving birth. The rest of them had encephalopatia and there was §Ù§Ñ§Õ§ß§Ö§Þ§à§Ù§Ô§à§Ó§Ñ§ñ herniathc. The pneumonia was taking it1 medium heavy course with 9 children and the other children had heavy course.

HLA system was observed in standard microlymphotoxical test. The investigation of three couples of twins shows the same HLA system antigens of each child of the twins.

The analysis of generic disposition established the following genotypes:

A2, 3; B18 / A26.30; B13, 49 / A2, 9; B35, 40 / A2, 24; B51, 62 / A9, 10; B5 / A2: B46, 73/. The frequency in control group exceeded in the locus HLA A - A2.
