Objective: pathophysiologial basis for symptomatic
treatments of hypertermias of a various origine.
Results: All hyperthermias on the basis of the reasons and
pathophysiological basis can be divided into 4 groups: I). Infection,
common infectional-allergic diseases and so on. The fervescence occurs
owing to rising subthalamic "set-point". Owing to exogenous
pyrogens. The loss heat is reduced. Heat production?
2). Long - term subfebrile
temperature with presence or absence of the latent inflammatory' centers of
an infection. Shift of a level of adjustment of thermoexchange. Downstroke
of a loss heat at a normal heat production.
3). Endocrine diseases
(thyrotoxicosis, feochromocitoma), malignant hyperthermia, overdosage of
salicylates). Increased a heat production and loss heat. The formation of
heat exceeds loss heat.
4). Thermal impact,
ectodermal dysplasia, overdosage anticholinergetic of preparations. Defect
of mechanisms of loss of heat at a normal heat production.
Conclusion:
On a basis pathophysiological of increase temperature antipyretic
therapy should be under construction.
