GM – CSF is glycoprotein that influence the proliferation, differentiation, maturation and activation of hemopoetic cells, especially effects on granulocytes and macrophages / menocytes and will promote the proliferation of erythroid and megakaryocytic progenitor. We report a girl, 7th years old with diagnosed Idiopathic Aplastic Anemia had not responded to corticosteroid and has been apparently successfully treated with GM – CSF (*Leucomax) at dosage 3 ug/kg/day/sc and increased gradually every 4 days till maximum 5 ug/kg/day/sc for 28th days. After 3 years 6 months evaluation, she had not required any further blood transfusion and growth development was still normal range.
