Last years the relentless increase of hepato-biliary system chronic diseases at children has a place, the sources of that frequently are in early childhood.
However obliteration of a clinical picture, nonspecific character in changes of laboratory indexes, the chronic current from the beginning of disease by virtue of immunity features, uncertainty in an etiology – all above generate considerable difficulties in well-timed diagnostics of liver chronic diseases and their adequate therapy.
In this connection an objective of the present research is the study of the reasons causing liver chronic diseases and definition of early diagnostic attributes of diseases.
We observed more than 50 children of first two years of life with liver chronic diseases, who was on the stationary treatment in a children's infectious diseases hospital.
The methods of research included: clinical, laboratory, biochemical, immunological, cytological, bacteriological and also instrumental methods.
Observations in anamnesis has shown that practically all children had burdened antenatal and neonatal periods, increase of anemia in dynamics, hypoproteinemia, cholestasia, endogenic intoxication attributes of various expressiveness degree (flaccidity, whiteness of skin integument, weakness, lack of appetite etc.) and CNS damage. Examination of children and their mothers on presence of prenatal infections inducers has shown prevalence of cytomegaly, chlamidiosis, hepatitis B, syphilis, toxoplasmosis and listerosis. Total in 72 % of cases.
Thus, the presence of CNS perenatal damages, anemia, cholestasia, attributes of endogenic intoxication, liver chronic diseases at children of early age allows to diagnose prenatal infection.
