Objective: In order to explore the measurement methods about
early renal injury caused by neonatal asphyxia.
Methods: Microalbumin (mALB),a1-microglobulin
(a1-MG)
and ¦Â2-microglobulin
(b2-MG)
in the urine were assayed by immunoturbidimetry and BUN, Cr in the blood
were assayed by enzymatic kinetic method.
Results: Compared with normal group, the urine b2-MG
was elevated, with significant difference (p<0.05), the mALB and a1-MG
were elevated, with vevy significant difference (p<0.01). Compared with
normal neonates. In the neonates with slight asphyxia, the levels of BUN,
Cr had no difference (p>0.05). However, in the neonates with severe
asphyxia, the levels of BUN, Cr were elevated, with significant difference
(p<0.05).
Conclusion: 1. The combined allays of urine mALB, a1-MG
and b2-MG
are sensitive, reliable lab examinations in the diagnosis abort early renal
injury of neonatol asphyxia, however, the blood BUN, Cr are only helpful to
indicate the significant renal injury. 2. The assay of a1-MG
is more sensitive and stable than that of b2-MG.
