Make fluid infusion to correct the disorder of hydrolyte and clectrolyte acid and clkalibalance supply enough heat and nutrition breast－feed them as early as possible make a diagnosis and give correct treatment for complication. Results: 26 of the 32 VLBWI live make up 81.25%.6 of VLBWI die accounts for 18.75%.The time of the 32 VLBWI is hospital is ation averages 23 days . Conclusion: It is the basic living codition's to proride neutral temperature for VLBWI and keep the circumstance stable in their bodies.
