NURSING OBSERVATION ON PREDISPOSING FACTORS OF
MYASTHENIA GRAVIS CRISIS

Objective: To observe
predisposing factors of myasthenia gravis crisis (MGC).
Methods: To have clinic
observation on 16 cases of MGC.
Results: In the 16 cases
of MGC, 7 cases are caused by infection, 5 cases by mental factors, 3 cases
by improper using of medicine, 3 cases by improper selection of diet.
Conclusion:
Infection is the main reason of MGC, mental factors are the familiar
inducement of MGC, the proper use of medicine and rigorous diet selection
cannot be ignored. In order to avoid or decrease the occurring of MGC, we
should observe the state of the illness meticulously, prevent and discover
the occurring of infections, actualize effective mental nursing, give the
medicine rigorously of time and dose, select reasonable dietetical
standard.
