THE ANALYZE OF THE TREATMENT EFFECT ABOUT NALOXONE'S CURING

Objective:
clarify the treatment effect of naloxone's curing the acute central nervous
respiratory failure
Methods: On
the basis of routine treatment one group (called treatment group) were
given the veins injections of naloxone and the other group (called
comparing group) were just given placebo.
Results: The
treatment group's alleviation of the clinical symptoms (such as :breath
with difficulty,the chaos of the breath rhythm and pace and the
cyanosis)and the improvement of the
PaO2 and PaCO2 are obviously better than those of the comparing
group.
Conclusions: The inspiration is that naloxone
can be used as the common medicine to cure children's acute respiratory
failure, especially the central nervous one.
