FEATURES
OF VEGETATIVE DEVELOPMENTS FOR CHILDREN WITH CHRONIC VIRUS HEPATITIS B G. Z. Inogamova, F.
I. Inoyatova, E. D. Nasarova Scientific Research Institute of Pediatrics of
Uzbekistan With the purpose to
leam features of a functional status of vegetative nervous system (VNS)
depentung on heaviness of chronic virus hepatitis (Ch VH)″B″, for a substantiation of the observations to
correction of vegetative failures, we examine 60 children, with Ch VG″B″,.Depending on heaviness of illness, patients
were pardet into three groups. Ⅰgroup-22
children, with minimum of activity, Ⅱ group-26 children, with moderate of and Ⅲgroup have compounded 12 with expressed of activity. At a rating
initial vegetative vitality we found the initial vagotonia for the majority
patients of Ⅲ group, So, atonia were marked only for 8,3%
child, for 58,4% patients the vagotonia was detected, for 33,3% patients
the dystonia tendentious to a vagotonia took place. For all patients of
this group the gastrointestinal syndrome-nausea, abdominal pains, faiure of
a chair (snaps and diarrheas), depressing of appetite, dyskinesia
diliferous of paths-in combination to the petitions of asthenoneurotic
nature were logget: heightened fatigabitility, emotional liability, failure
of dream, headaches, vertigo. For patients with a minimum and moderate
degree activity the vegetative failures indicate the dominance of a
sympathetic depfrtment in 54.5% and 53,8% cases accordingly. And for 34,6%
children of Ⅱ group met a dystonia tendentious to a
vagotonia, and ftonia were detected only for 3,8% children of Ⅱ group and for 45,4% children of Ⅰ group. Also at patients detected a zone of
Lyapinskogo-Birbraira at a level Th2-Th7 vertebras and heightened morbidity
at a palpation in dots of a solar plexus. The combinftions of these signs
fre noted inⅠ and Ⅱ groups, Thus,
our studies have shown, that there is an intercoupling between heaviness
ChVH ″B″and
status of VNS , which is exhibited by dominance of one of its departments,
and patients Ch VH″B″reguire pharmaco. Ogical correction with
allowance of features of vegetative reacting.
