Objective: To evaluate the reliability and reference of diagnosing method in HP infection.

Results: 13C urea breathing test , gastric mucosa urea-ferment test and histology test were not significantly different (p>0.05). 13C urea breathing test and blood HP~lgG were significantly different (p<0.05). 13C urea breathing test and gastric mucosa pathological changes under endoscope were more significantly different (p<0.01).

Conclusion: 13C urea breathing Test is safe and reliable in diagnosing children HP infection. It can be compared with gastric-mucosa urea-ferment test and histology test.
