AND LABORATORY PECULIARITIES OF THE PERINATAL SEPSIS WITH COMBINED
ETHIOLOGY OF THE PREMATURE BORN INFANTS D. K. Mukhamedjanova, M. M. Azimdjanova Scientific
Research Institute of Pediatrics Tashkent, Uzbekistan The aim of our research was to work out the
criterias of perinatal sepsis’ diagnostics of the bacterial and fungus
ethiology of premature born infants. Under our observation there were 60 premature,
infants with sepsis and their mothers. The bacteriologic researches include
tests of the female genital discharge, amniotic fluid, the blood from
umbilical cord, culture from the oral cavity, blood culture, fecal culture,
culture of a wound of the umbilical cord, eyes and skin. Immunological
tests: serum lg G.M. A by manchini method, T-B-lymphocytes. The health status of all infants at the time of
admission was severe or even extremely severe. The leading symptom of the
sepsis of the combined ethiology was marked with intoxication. The skin was
pale with marble shade. We find out the affects of skin in form of
dermatitis, eyes as purulent conjunctivitis, oral cavity as stomatitis. The
more frequent vomiting, meteorism, clear venous net of the anterior
abdominal walls, diarea of green colour with admixture of mucus. It was
noted that central nervous system disturbance as excitement or oppression,
the increase of the sindrom of hypertension. 83.6% of mothers being ill
with toxemia of pregnancy, chronic pyelonephritis, mycotic colpitis, early
rupture of amniotic fluid sac, placental separation, cesarean section. Bacteriologic test of infants showed the
following: straureus-30.3%, yeast-like fungi-38.8%, gramm-negative flora in
combination with the figure candida genus-30.9% of cases. The microflora of infants according to specific
composition was indentical to their mothers. lmmunologic study demonstrated
low level of lgG, T-B-lymphocytes, high levels of lg M and A.
