TO DETECT THE RELATED FACTORS WITH THE PROGNOSIS OF NEONATAL
INTRACRANIAL HEMORRHAGE Li Xiulian Qing Hai Provincial Women’s and Children’s Hospital, China Objective: We try to
detect the related factors with the prognosis of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage
in the study. Methods: We followed
up 50 patients with ICH after multiple therapy from 6 months old to 8 years
old if permitted. In the course of the following-up, we did DDST test to
show the mental condition, if it is abnormal, we did mental test based on
Gesell Chart including adaptability, gross motor, fine motor, language,
individual-social behavior. Results: Two in 17
cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), 6 in 17 periventricular and
ventricular hemorrhage, 2in 6 subdural hemorrhage, and 5 in 10 ICH
complicated brain edema showed abnormal DDST test result. Conclusions: The
patient with different type of ICH showed different prognosis. It seems
that patients with SAH show the best prognosis. In addition, the prognosis
of ICH is obviously improved after the multiple therapy.
