Objective: To verify the immunity
function of bronchiolitic patients is disorder by observing the level of
cytokines and to study the therapeutic effects of treating bronchiolitis
with different do sage of IVIG.
Methods: The bronchiolitis
patients were random divided into three groups: treatment group 1
(IVIG50mg/kg.day ×2day+anti-infective
treatment+inhale O2) treatment group 2 (IVIG 200mg/kg.day×2day+anti-infective treatment+inhale O2).
Control group (anti-infective treatment+inhale O2). Examined the
levels of IL-2, IL-6, IgE before and after treatment and record theraputic
effects.
Results: After treatment, the
levels of IL-2 of treatment group 1 and 2 rised, the levels of IL-6, IgE of
treatment group 1 and 2 dropped compared treatment groups with contral
group (P<0.05), the levels were significantly different. Compared
treatment group 1 with 2 (P<0.05), the levels were not significantly
different.
Conclusion: Cytokine play a very
important rote in the pathogenesis of bronchiolitis. IVIG not only kill
virus directly but also play an important role in regaining to the function
of T-cell and normal cytokine network. Small dosage of IVIG is effective,
Forward investigation indicated that IVIG is an effective drug of meddling
in infantile asthma early.
