Up to date the problem of FRD is still remaining one of the actual one. Inspite of modern achievements in decreasing children’s diseases, FRD show stable high occurrence, having no tendency to decreasing (Tatotchenro V.D., 1996). In this connection the influence of risk - factors on formation of FRD was studied in comparative estimation of functional condition of organs et systems. By complex studying of health condition of 375 children suffering from FRD we revealed considerable declination in all main assessments. Of onthogenesis in comparison with the controlled group, it was noted that children with FRD in antenatal period have high frequency et association of injuring factors. Frequency of childrens fonic diseases has cjmt to; rickets / 39% /, hypotrophy / 25% /, anaemia / 29,1% /. Most of children / 64.8% / has normal weight and height assessments. Resistance of childrens organisms to diseases was low in 56.5%, 43.4% of them were even worse. Functional condition of organs et systems of 94.2% children changed for the worse, against 20% in controlled groups / p 0.01 /. Chronic pathology was diagnosed in each third of children with FRD.

This, statistically reliable declination was revealed in children with FRD, in all parametres of health condition estimation, in comparison with those, who episodically suffer from respiratory diseases. In this relation, children with FRD should be examined for revealing functional et polyorgan pathology.
